Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of Spreesy (“Spreesy”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the Spreesy website and application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
2. What the Service is
Spreesy is a search tool over a database of publicly available Amazon Influencer storefront pages, collected in dated passes (“snapshots”). Results are dated observations of what a storefront showed on the snapshot date - they are not endorsements, recommendations, or statements about a creator’s current activity, and Spreesy has no relationship with the creators shown.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for business use.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us at support@spreesy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and billing
- Access to search requires an active subscription: $59 per month, one tier, billed monthly.
- Purchases are processed by Polar (Polar Software Inc., polar.sh), our merchant of record. Polar is the seller of record for the transaction: it processes payment, applies and remits any applicable taxes such as VAT, and issues your invoices. Your purchase is also subject to Polar’s own terms. We never see or store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before a change affects your account.
5. Money-back guarantee
Your first 30 days are covered by a money-back guarantee: ask and your first charge is refunded in full, no conditions. Details, and how refunds are processed, are in our Refund Policy.
6. Permitted use
You may use the Service to:
- Search the index and evaluate creators for legitimate influencer marketing.
- Keep saved lists and download the CSV exports the Service provides, for your own internal business use.
- Follow the social links a creator has published on their public Amazon storefront to reach out to them directly, in compliance with applicable law.
7. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully.
- Resell, redistribute, publish, or sublicense the Service or data obtained through it, or assemble that data into a dataset or use it to train a machine-learning model, without our prior written permission.
- Access the Service by automated means, share account credentials, or circumvent its technical limits (including rate limits, export quotas, and human-verification checks).
- Send spam or any communication that violates applicable anti-spam or privacy law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to creators found through the Service.
- Interfere with the Service’s integrity or performance, or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it.
- Impersonate any person or entity.
8. Storefront data
Creator information shown in the Service is compiled from publicly available Amazon storefront pages at dated snapshots. We do not guarantee that any of it is complete, current, or error-free - a storefront can change or disappear the day after a snapshot. Verify information before relying on it. Creators can request removal of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Amazon
Spreesy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. “Amazon” and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. You are responsible for your own compliance with any Amazon terms that apply to you as a seller or marketer.
10. Intellectual property
The Service - its design, software, and branding - is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property law. You retain ownership of what you submit (ASINs, list names, notes) and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY DATA IN IT IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT, OR THAT USING IT WILL LEAD TO ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS OUTCOME.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, OR AFFECTS STATUTORY RIGHTS YOU HOLD AS A CONSUMER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or of third-party rights.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@spreesy.com; cancellation of billing takes effect as described in Section 4.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU country where the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that country - except that consumers in the EU retain any protections and venue rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
16. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
