Is there a free trial?
No. Creating an account is free and needs no card; full seller access starts when you subscribe. If it is not for you, ask within 30 days of your first charge and that charge comes back in full.
What does the 30-day money-back guarantee cover?
Your first charge, in full, with no conditions. Email support@spreesy.com from your account email with the word refund inside 30 days of that charge. The refund goes back to your original payment method, and access ends when it is issued.
Do you take a cut of sales, or charge per contact?
No. $59 a month is the whole price: no percentage of your sales, no credits, no seats and no per-search meter. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account. The plan renews monthly until you cancel, and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Is Creator Studio part of the seller plan?
No - they are separate products with separate billing. The seller plan is $59 a month. Creator Studio is free to claim and $15 a month for its research tools. One account can hold both, and paying for one never charges you for the other.
Do creators pay to be listed, or give up a share of brand deals?
Neither. Claiming is free forever, we never message anyone on a creator’s behalf, and we take no cut of anything a brand pays them.
