Refund Policy

The guarantee

Within 30 days of your first charge, ask and you get that charge back in full. No conditions, no questions.

Email support@spreesy.com from your account email with the word “refund” - that is the whole process. You do not need to explain anything.

How it works

Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method - typically within 5–10 business days of our confirmation, depending on your bank.
Access to the Service ends when the refund is issued.
Any applicable taxes collected with the charge are refunded with it.

Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for - no charge after that. If a renewal was charged in error (for example, you cancelled and were still billed), contact us and we will make it right.

EU consumers

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting the subscription you request immediate access to the Service; independent of any statutory rules, the guarantee above is the more generous route and is the one we apply. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
